The Checklist

Hey friends,  how are you ?
Today as from the title you can tell it going to be about Check list. So let's begin now a few weeks,days or even months before a trip I like to make 3 check list just so I know I have everything and then 3 check list are ....

* hand luggage
*suitcase essentials
*Documentation

Now for this blog page I won't be going into much detail about suitcase essentials, because I actually have a little something up my sleeve for that. And I won't be going into documentation as much because each country will vairy and the last thing I want to do is give you the wrong information , So now what .....

That's right you guessed it, today will all be about .hand luggage now I am planning to do an in depth blog on hand luggage But this is just the check list so let's have a look what I include shall we .....

1} passport, now this is obvious but you would be surprised how many people forget this little beauty before a holiday! So what I like to do with my passport is keep it in this passport holder now I know a lot of you all have pretty cases for your passport but a kind word of advise there not really allowed and a check in agent hates them with a passion as it just slows the process up off being checked in this is why I've opted for one of these beauties it was £4.00 in paper chase and it has 3 section passport, documents , tickets I just think this is really sweet and handy!

The clear  bag of goodies;
So I don't want to carry a lot in this little bag of goodies this is why I've added the basic,
-lip balm
-tissues
-wipes
-hand sanatizer

The note book, ha no I don't mean the film I mean no one wants to cry on a plane for 12 hours about the fact that Noah loved Ali ! I actually meant my little note pad which I make my plans for my blogs and basically write down any information which will be needed during my entry to that country.

-Book? Now I know that having a book adds kg which we would never think was possible but I was really lucky last Christmas to get a kindle from my boyfriend so that little beauty is something I will be taking with me!

-headphones; with flights I find the over head ones to be quite irritating especially if they are on for a good 6 hour + flight. This is why I love my little beats they are the ear bud ones and there in pink better still they come in a cute little case meaning they won't be all tangled up in my bag and I won't be fighting with it when I am on board my flight.

Camera "; Now I have a camera on my phone which is amazing quality I actually think this the only reason why I haven't paid for an upgrade yet , however i was also given this camera as a gift!
And my love for Polaroid  is off the scale so this is something I will have in my bag to capture the snaps of my holiday of a life time.

And that's it in a bundle my check list for my hand luggage if I have forgotten anything please be sure to tell me in the comments and if you like this well why don't give it a follow and keep track as I go off on my travels

Much love

Little Night routine

Evening friends,

So as it my second post and I wanted to include all sectors of what I said this blogging page would be about I've decided to dedicate this blog this evening  to beauty. Now normally when it comes to a routine I a) Never stick to it b) Am a 5 minuite girl but now that I am on the route of wanting to live healthy " she says with a glass off wine beside her." I wanted to start taking care of my face and skin because well your stuck with them features for life.

This is why I thought I would write down my quick and easy evening routine, Now don't get me wrong I'm no beauty guru and what I use.. Most people would probably never recomend but if like me sticking to a routine isnt easy or you're  just plan lazy then this is the less in exspensive way to do it.

Lets gets started then;

Firstly I apply the new holy grail.. " Garnier Micellar water. Now this was somthing that I wasnt to sure on when I saw it advertise but when I was out shopping a few months back I noticed that superdrug had it on a offer. So I thought why not?
and since then I probably would never look back I've recomended this to friends, my sister and my mum and its such a small bottle that you can just take it anywhere.
In fact its running out so I may need to make a note to buy a new one.

Now the best thing about this product is that it removes all makeup includng eyes so what I tend to do is put it on a cotton pad and just wipe away. and bamn the makeup is gone.

Next,  Ok so with this product you could either use it as a replacement for the garnier micellar water or use it beside it like me. So your probably thinking why do I need to do that? And truth is you don't but the only down fall to the garnier is that it sometime leaves me face really dry so before applying the third product which I'll get into in a minuite I like to just rub all over my face the boots own - cleansing lotion and whilst that is still on my skin I leave it and move on to the third product which is....

Something I have been using since I was 13 and yet again its always my go to product. " boots own - tea tree witch hazel" foaming face wash. Now this I apply to all over the face and just massage it in using the tip of my fingers which then allows the product to deep clense getting rid off any dirt, left over makeup .

Fourthly  " Is that even a word?"  Anyway this product is a bit weird and a new addition to my life. its what I call the sponge, and with this whilst the third and the cleansing lotion are on my face  I just go over it in circular motion with the sponge now the sponge picks up and gets rid of any dirt or black heads or anything for that matter that can cause blemishes towards my face. Note on this one though is that you do have to wash it after you've done half the face, Before starting the other half.

Lastly well if your still reading this you must be bloody happy to get to this paragraph.Lastly after I have patted my face dry I use the nivea express hydration primer. I know its a primer but applying this before bed keeps my face all glowy looking and its a nice smooth finish to a evening routine.

And there we have it my little quick guide to my evening routine. And my first one involving beauty so please don't judge me I'm still learning.

Planning a long haul holiday

It's summer. Time to kick back and relax to the sound off nothing. No more exam bells no more course work deadlines and shouty teachers nothing everything is bliss. With the world as your oyster.

Then bamn stress kicks in whether that planning a gap year, a family holiday or just a week or two away with your best friend touring Asia! Long hauls are stressful and there is no doubt about it.
But don't panic or fear anymore I'm here to help you as a guide along to planning a long haul holiday.
As I myself have been fussing about like no body business in order to give my friend and myself a holiday tour of a life time.

So let's starts with a list, I'll make it simple and plain so there be no need for confusions.

Firstly ; Destination: where you off to firstly as your planning a long haul I am pretty sure you've had the destination in your head for some time? But have you checked out the dos and don't ? I mean no wants to get to the airport to find out that they've been denayed travel because they don't have a valid visa or an esta or in fact a passport that is 6 months valid. As actually working for an airline at the airport my best advise is to soul search make a list of things you need ? And discard the things you don't?  In fact I've been nice enough to add a photo of a list of things you may need because trust me when I tell you it's no fun being up at silly o clock Looking for documentation you may need upon your travel.

Secondly;  get organised! Now if my friends were to read this they would probably be laughing . Emmy organised ? Ha! But no seriously it's such a great way to keep track of everything especially if you are going across Europe or the states or my case India ! You need to keep track of hotels ? flight details ? Keep everything with you even do copies because you never know when your gonna need it?  Print it all if needs be.

Thirdly;  map it out. This probably should go under organisation but yes map it out  start from your chosen airport destination off arrival and from there work around the clock till its time to go home, after all I am pretty convinced I am not the only person who would hate the thought of coming back and forward on myself multiple times . Along with when mapping it out remember to include the towns or cities you'll be visiting and the hotels you'll be staying in whilst your in that certain place also find out about transport? is everything local or do you need a taxi to adventure out or car in some cases! Another topic that links into this then is cost how much is everything going to come too? Maybe take down a note of the figures. You'll be surprised once everything is booked just how much time and money goes in on a long haul holiday.  also if you can start collecting your spending money now that way by the time you go you'll realise you have more then you think. Which can be helpful especially when back packing around with friends.

So let's wrap it up: these are some quick tips on planning a long haul , if you have more please tell me I would love to know how to not turn grey before my travels and if you like this then please go give it a follow.
Thankyou for falling across my page
